To raise public awareness through a variety of educational programmes on modern organic agriculture for people of all ages and backgrounds
To generate networks of mutual support between local communities and their farms through Community Supported Agriculture schemes (CSAs) as well as Farmers Markets
To offer support to farmers who continue to suffer the effects of ill thought-out farming legislation, unfair supermarket policies, and the aftermath of the foot and mouth epidemic
To offer advice and encourage research into profitable organic farming methods
To acquire small family farms whose survival is threatened so that families can be supported and their land protected and nurtured organically
