The Land Heritage Education Centre for Farming & Food Phase 1

Thanks to Waitrose our classroom is now fully furnished and we are delighted to welcome local school children to the farm for a variety of curriculum linked activities. The WCs, including a unit for the disabled, are now installed and our photo voltaic and solar programme which will give us our own electricity as well as the capacity to sell back to the grid, is nearing completion.

Designs have been drawn up for a new educational wildlife sensory garden especially created with the less abled in mind and we are looking for funding to help with this project. If you'd like to find out more, contact us on 01647 24511 or email enquiries@landheritage.org.uk
